ARG Property Management is the boutique property management division of ARG (Australian Residential Group), one of Australia's largest new project sales businesses. We provide an "end to end" sales journey for our partners with sales advisory, product support, contracts & handover support right through to property management services.
Our focus is the sale of brand-new properties to investors across Australia. We partner with builders and developers and have a large established network of professional referral channels. ARG is not your typical competitive real estate company; we ensure our focus is always on establishing long and genuine relationships with our team members and external selling partners, owners, and tenants.
Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking an energetic Property Managerto join the team and work within our established and growing portfolio.
The Role
The successful candidate will oversee a fast-growing portfolio. You will be supported by a full-time assistant and dedicated admin team, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional service.
This role is centred around building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders — including owners, tenants, and trades — to ensure a positive experience for all parties. With the latest industry-leading technology and a highly supportive team behind you, you'll have the tools and resources needed to manage your portfolio effectively.

About You
We are looking for a self-starting, ambitious team player with a genuine love for Property Management and more importantly…people. The following would also help:
* A current Agents Representative, Real Estate Licence will be well received.
* A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager is preferred but not essential.
* ARG is a leader in using technology and innovation within the business (do we even have a filing cabinet in the office??). The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge across all current real estate programs including PropertyMe, IRE, etc.
* Exceptional time management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure first-class customer service.
