The Opportunity
We are seeking
1 x Qualified Panel Beater and 1 x Experienced Vehicle Estimator
to join our Thurgoona team.
Both roles are
full-time, permanent positions
offering:

What You'll Do
Depending on your role and skillset, duties may include:
Panel Beater Responsibilities
* Disassembling vehicles in line with job sheets and repair methods
* Completing high-quality repairs to OEM and manufacturer standards
* Ensuring all work meets safety and quality requirements
Vehicle Estimator Responsibilities
* Accurately quoting vehicle repairs in a timely manner, in line with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
* Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required
* Processing vehicles onsite, including vehicle arrival inspections, damage mapping, and imaging
* Liaising with insurers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
* Handing over completed repairs to customers and ensuring a positive customer experience
General Responsibilities
* Maintaining WHS standards and using appropriate PPE at all times
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in one of these roles, you will have:
* Trade qualification as a Panel Beater and/or proven experience as a Vehicle Estimator
* NSW Trade Certificate (or willingness to obtain if relocating interstate)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
* A safety-first mindset
* Reliable, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
