**Responsibilities**:
Play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our HRIS - SuccessFactors as a **Systems Analyst**. Handle day-to-day system support, including administration, troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity. Contribute to system improvement projects and provide valuable data analytics and insights to bolster Macmahon's people frameworks and initiatives.
**About the role**
- Provide timely troubleshooting and solutions for HR systems.
- Oversee configurations, data integrity, and upgrades, ensuring smooth business operations through testing, documentation, and communication.
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
- Ensure data consistency across all HR systems and manage mass changes/bulk uploads.
**About you**
- 2-3 years of experience with modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Compensation, Variable Pay, Succession Planning, Reporting, and Learning & Development.
- Expertise in configuring and supporting SuccessFactors and understanding of its functionalities.
- Experience in data governance and security best practices within HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- A learning mindset, staying updated on the latest SuccessFactors features, updates, and industry best practices to drive system optimisation.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
