Key Responsibilities

This role requires a certificate III in individual support or equivalent qualification. Experience in dementia support is highly valued, as well as effective interpersonal communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively.
* Demonstrated flexibility, empathy, and patience when working with aged individuals and their needs.
* Demonstrated ability to provide holistic care and respect residents' privacy, dignity, and self-esteem.
