Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead multiple projects and drive them to timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project workflows, ensuring seamless submission and approval processes.
* Raise accurate allocations and job sheets for materials required to complete works.
* Guarantee timely product supply to sites.
* Monitor and ensure that project timelines align with the construction programme for each project.
* Coordinate and/or conduct site surveys as needed.
* Ensure comprehensive ITP, quality check, and quality control is completed for every project.
* Visit sites regularly to ensure contracts are being carried out correctly.
* Plan for subcontract labor or in-house installation teams to install products efficiently.
* Organize project coordination meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
* Implement Environmental Health & Safety Systems and Risk Assessments for projects.
Requirements:
* Diploma of Project Management (BSB51413) or equivalent.
* National Induction for Construction (White Card CPCCOHS1001A).
* Valid Driver's License (Class C).
* Apply First Aid (HLTFA311A).
* WHS Risk Management for Supervisors and Managers qualification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
