Full Time – Real Estate Sales
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic professionals to fill our sales team as real estate agents.
The role offers continuous sales training and listing support, with the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team of sales representatives and property managers.
The day-to-day activities include:
* Sourcing potential sellers
* Conducting property valuations
* Listing properties for sale
* Processing buyer inquiries
* Conducting pre-settlement inspections and bank valuations
* Following up on pre and post valuations
* Networking for new business opportunities
* Conducting open house inspections
* Managing a customer relationship management database
The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads and managing multiple sales initiatives, knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency with various computer systems.
Required Skills:
* A current Real Estate License or Agent's Representative Certificate
* A valid driver's license and presentable vehicle
* Advanced communication skills to describe, explain, and market properties
* A focused and process-driven mindset with high attention to detail
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional presentation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Team player mentality with leadership aspirations
* Exceptional follow-up and database management skills
