We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves greeting customers, managing reservations, and ensuring every client receives outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and assist with rental-car reservations
* Handle inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Manage customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
* Offer additional products and services to customers when appropriate
* Keep the workspace clean, organised, and presentable
* Complete administrative tasks as required
Requirements
* Previous customer-service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
* Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
* Solid problem-solving abilities
* Competence with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
* Manual driver licence preferred
* Must be authorised to work in Australia
Schedule
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* 8-hour day shifts (day time)
* May include occasional on-call or after-hours work
