The Opportunity
As our Roaming Facility Manager, you will play a key leadership role across our national network of aged care homes. This position offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference wherever you go. You will travel to homes across Australia to provide hands-on operational and leadership support, assist with daily operations, guide teams, and ensure high-quality care and compliance. This role suits a strong leader who thrives in changing environments and enjoys building relationships across diverse teams and locations.
What you will bring
* Proven managerial experience within the aged care sector
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong clinical, operational, and leadership capabilities
* Excellent communication and change management skills
* A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
* The ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide
