As a key member of our hospitality team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
* Roll out red carpet treatment to every guest, treating them like VIPs
* Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration
* Turn challenges into success stories by thinking creatively and finding solutions
* Promote hotel amenities by understanding products and offerings
* Share local knowledge to enhance our guests' stay
* Handle reservations and manage guest accounts with ease
You'll Need:
* Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or similar role
* Innovative approach to exceeding customer expectations
* Collaboration and time management skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
