Opportunities Available: Qualified Tradespeople - Cabinet Makers, Joiners, and Installers General Hands - Factory and site support roles Apprentices - First year and continuing apprentices encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities (varies by role): Fabrication and assembly of cabinetry and custom joinery in the factory Installation of kitchens and cabinetry at client sites General labouring and materials handling Assisting tradespeople on tools and in preparation tasks Maintaining clean, organised and WHS-compliant workspaces Machinery operation (with training provided where required) Supporting project delivery with a focus on quality and timelines What We're Looking For: Trade qualifications (required for Trades roles) Previous experience in joinery or construction (preferred but not essential for General Hands and Apprentices) Willingness to learn, take instruction, and develop your skillset Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Reliable with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Current driver's licence and reliable transport Commitment to safety and quality outcomes This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation and a supportive team culture.
