Receptionist/Admin Assistant
to join our team and be the first friendly face (and voice) of WATM.

About the Role
This is not your average reception role. You'll be the central hub of our busy office, handling a range of tasks including:
Reception duties: welcoming visitors and directing phone calls.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Assisting accounts team with tasks such as processing purchase orders and emailing remittances.
Providing general administrative support to managers and officers across the team.
Assisting our sales and service teams with admin support.
About You
Friendly, approachable, and loves helping others.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
A great communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face.
Flexible and adaptable — thrives when every day is a little different.
Previous reception/administration experience is a bonus, but not essential.
