Full-time Sales Coordinator position available with Harvey Norman Commercial Mitchell ACT team.
The Role
Provide administrative support to sales representatives, confirming orders and coordinating deliveries. Key responsibilities include:
* Order processing and stock management
* Liaising with customers and suppliers
* Entering orders into Great Plains
* Maintaining product knowledge and providing excellent customer service
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a motivated individual with previous experience in a similar role or strong retail sales background.
* Intermediate computer skills, including Great Plains experience (desirable)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
