Construction Project Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring timely budget-conscious and quality-driven delivery.
* Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers contractors and consultants providing leadership and direction to achieve project goals.
* Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage detailed project schedules allocate resources efficiently and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials.
* Cost Control & Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets track expenditures and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or safety.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
* Risk & Issue Management: Identify and address risks promptly to maintain progress.
* Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control: Uphold standards aligned with Australian building codes and safety requirements.
* Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Resolve challenges with strategic solutions to avoid delays.
* Reporting & Documentation: Deliver accurate progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
* Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Construction Management or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
* At least 2 year(s)
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House
Additional Requirements:
* Experience: 2+ years managing large-scale construction projects.
* Tools: Proficient with MS Project Primavera or similar platforms.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian building codes and permitting processes.
* Soft Skills: Leadership clear communication and a problem-solving mindset.

This position requires strong leadership skills as well as the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders. Experience working with construction management software such as MS Project or Primavera is also highly desirable.
