**Our Client**: 
Our client are a non-for profit organisation helping people across Queensland. They aim to provide accessible and flexible services to older people, those living with a disability or mental illness, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, refugees and vulnerable children and families. 
They are currently looking for 2 Service desk officers based in Brisbane to work in their IT department. They currently have a team of 3 skilled officers and are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, alongside at least 1 years experience providing Level 1 service or helpdesk support. 
**The Role**: 
- Providing support across the organisation (this may be in person, online or over the phone). 
- Provide accurate Incident Resolution and Service Request management, within established Service level Agreement (SLA) 
- Log all service desk interactions and document Incident and Service Request resolutions 
- Ensure Incidents and Service Requests are managed effectively; ensuring information is captured in the BSG Ticket Management System 
**Your Background**: 
- Experience in supporting Windows 7/10 desktop environments. 
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Office 365 & Exchange) 
- Demonstrated solid Service Desk experience within a diverse and de-centralised computing environment 
- Robust understanding of Service Management Frameworks; i.e., ITI
