Disability Support Worker Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support to clients in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
The role will involve mentoring individuals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills. This is a highly rewarding position that requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We require someone who can complete tasks efficiently, document progress, and review performance in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, they must be able to assist clients with NDIS and life skill goals, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing individualized support and assistance to clients
* Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
* Developing and implementing client-centered plans to achieve goals
* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* A Certificate I - IV qualification
* First Aid Certification
* A Working with Children Check
* A National Police Certificate
* A Driver Licence
* Australia Work Authorisation
