Role Overview
We are seeking a vibrant and driven Account Manager / Sales Representative to join our dynamic Solutions Team at Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA). This role will involve building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and showcasing how EPSA's tailored solutions can make a difference.
Daily Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to ensure they remain satisfied and loyal.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across multiple industries.
* Become the trusted advisor to key decision-makers by delivering fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Collaborate with technical specialists to develop proposals, quotations, and presentations that meet client needs.
* Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value of EPSA's services.
Requirements
* Prior experience in account management or B2B sales is essential, preferably within industrial, energy, or heavy equipment sectors.
* Passion for building relationships and providing real solutions, not just selling products.
* Self-motivation, energy, and drive to smash sales goals.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A valid driver's license for visiting customers.
