Qualifications & experience
Minimum three years in a similar account management role with relevant sales and or customer service experience
B2B sales knowledge and expertise
Preferably prior employment in the Fitness Industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong relationship management
Proficient in working with CRM and on-line web sales systems (Shopify)
Tasks & responsibilities
At Fitness Vending, client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to grow and maintain customer accounts and act as our main point of contact. Responsibilities include;
Serve as the main point of contact for your customers
Build and strengthen customer relationships
Develop and deliver agreed account management plans and programs
Prospecting and new customer acquisition
Order management and fulfilment
Ongoing management of client accounts and profitability
Supporting marketing and promotion programs including conferences and industry trade events
Be part of a small and young dynamic team in a fast moving and growth business
Modern warehousing and office facilities in the new Tullamarine commercial precinct
