What You'll Own
* Lead from the front delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Use technology to create personalised fittings that convert
* Drive sales, exceed KPIs, and lift team results
* Coach, develop and motivate your team daily
* Support rostering and wage control with a commercial mindset
* Keep the store sharp - VM, and presentation
* Build local relationships with sporting groups and community networks
* Maintain strong safety and operational standards
What You Bring
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Key Holder or 3IC
* Proven track record achieving KPIs and sales targets
* Strong leadership - you know how to get buy-in and results
* Can bring the energy and a "make it happen" attitude
* Solid stock control and visual merchandising skills
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
