It leads the development and delivery of training, testing, exercising and debriefing programs, and coordinates external strategic level exercises with key stakeholders when required. The position also serves as the primary crisis coordinator during significant events, guiding senior leaders through response activities. In addition, the role supports continuous improvement of the disruption management framework, integrates with broader resilience programs, maintains strong industry partnerships, and manages governance, assurance and performance reporting across the capability.**A bit about you**The ideal candidate brings strong capability in crisis management, with experience in emergency management, cyber resilience, business continuity, disaster management or security risk. The ideal candidate has proven experience designing and enabling training programs and navigating real‐world emergency or crisis events. They also will have sound commercial judgement, skilled at coordinating people in high pressure situations and experience in telecommunications or a similar environment.The role requires the ability to work confidently with senior leaders, communicate clearly in written and verbal formats, and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
