We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services, we deliver high-standard care across personal injury and occupational health.
Our focus is on recovery and function to help clients return to work and life. We provide services through federal and state Workers Compensation, Motor Accident Schemes, and Life Insurance.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply clinical reasoning skills to support individuals with physical and/or psychological injuries. This role offers meaningful and purposeful rewards.
Responsibilities include:
1. Taking a holistic approach within a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation from injury to healing.
2. Conducting assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments depending on your expertise.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders including injured employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
4. Developing, implementing, and monitoring rehabilitation plans.

Requirements to be successful:
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, AASW).
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
* Australian Citizenship.
* Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams.
* Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
* Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
