With their retail portfolio expanding rapidly, they are seeking a Retail Asset Manager to drive performance and add value across their retail holdings. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Asset Manager or Retail Asset Manager looking to step up and work with a high-performing, national property team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and delivering strategic business plans for retail assets. Monitor and optimise financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control. Build strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and service providers. Oversee leasing, tenancy mix, marketing initiatives, and operational performance. Identify and implement opportunities to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and innovation. About You: Experience in asset management, ideally within retail shopping centres. Strong financial management skills and ability to analyse budgets and reports. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, eager to contribute to national growth.
