As Head Chef, you will:
• Lead the day to day operation of a busy pub kitchen
• Design and develop seasonal menus that balance signature pub favourites with creative specials
• Champion local and paddock to plate produce, including our own farm raised beef
• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and speed of service
• Manage ordering, stock control, COGs and GP targets
• Build and manage a robust kitchen team including recruiting, training, rostering and mentoring
• Ensure the kitchen meets all Food Safety, WHS and cleanliness standards
• Work closely with venue management on specials, events and promotions
