Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Land Development Surveyor to lead our land and strata surveying projects from inception to completion.
About the Role:
* Manage a survey team, calculations and deliverables for large-scale land development projects (100+ lots).
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and standards.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and reliable survey outputs and title advice.
* Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.
* Mentor and support junior surveyors and team members.
Requirements:
* Registered Land Surveyor (NSW) with relevant qualifications and 5+ years post-registration experience.
* Proven experience in land development projects with strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and leadership abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
