The company has an entrepreneurial culture with a flat structure where employees are involved in a broad range of workstreams.
Position With several BESS projects targeting financial close in the next 12 months, a newly created role has been developed for a Commercial Manager.
The Commercial Manager role will see you:
* Working across several late stage development projects and ensuring that all key project contracts are commercially "water tight" ahead of financial close.
* Presenting to the Board and Investment Committee on project updates, critical path & CAPEX requirements
* Support on competitive bids processes i.e. CIS, LTESA Due diligence for potential acquisitions, assessing key contracts and identifying commercial risks and supporting the negotiation of amendments
Your background
* Worked in the renewable energy sector and an appreciation of key project contracts (EPC, PPA, Connection Agreement, Development Approval, Land agreement)
* Experience in a pre FID to financial close phase on a project would highly advantageous (however not essential)
* Commercially minded with the ability to understand how to balance positions on key contracts to ensure the economic viability of the project
