What You'll Do
You'll lead the smooth day-to-day running of multiple office locations while lifting facilities standards nationwide. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic change, stakeholder influence, and team development.
* Deliver strategic facilities initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
* Review and improve facilities processes with WHS and wellbeing partners
* Act as a trusted adviser on reform projects, contracts and service optimisation
* Ensure consistent, high-quality facilities support across all sites
* Escalation point for Facilities Representatives and concierge teams
* Partner with building management to uphold safety, cleanliness and functionality
* Manage incidents swiftly with property and security teams
* Oversee systems including Cherwell, Serraview and Pinnacle
* Produce clear reporting with actionable service improvement insights
* Lead with authenticity, balancing stakeholder needs and team engagement
What You Bring
You're an experienced Facilities leader who thrives in regulated, multi-site environments and knows how to drive change without losing people. You combine technical expertise, commercial acumen and strong leadership to deliver reliable, customer-focused outcomes.
* Tertiary qualifications in facilities, building services, engineering or similar
* Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and building compliance
* Proven contract management and risk mitigation experience
* Advanced project management capability in complex organisations
* Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
* Solid budgeting expertise with a mentoring leadership style
* Hands-on experience with facilities systems (e.g. Cherwell, Pinnacle)
* Excellent prioritisation and time management under pressure
* Clear, confident communicator at all organisational levels
* Strong relationship-builder with executives, managers and external partners
