Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator
At Randstad Defence, we’re proud to be partnering with Electro Optic Systems (EOS)—a leading force in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced defence systems—currently seeking a Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator to join their team.
The candidate must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for a security clearance.
About the role:
EOS is currently seeking a Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator to oversee dispatch and warehouse inventory operations, with support extended to EOS DS warehouse production operations and other EOS locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately perform inventory transactions in the ERP system in line with EOS procedures and standards.
Material handling e.g reconsolidating pallets, managing storage locations, maintaining the warehouse and assisting the warehouse team.
Assist with protected loading and unloading of vehicles, work with drivers to ensure procedures are followed and report any unsafe practices.
Follow EOS’ policies and procedures to ensure warehouse security and security of shipments and dispatched materials.
Inventory management, participating in inventory counts and cycle counts, implementing shelf-life monitoring systems, processes and controls.
Manage the putaway, maintenance, and disposal/destruction of approved materials, including electronic parts, chemicals, and hazardous substances.

Ability to safely plan and lift and move heavy objects, understanding of safe lifting and storage techniques and when to use available handling equipment
Experience with operating forklifts and other equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Australian Drivers licence (eg. ACT/NSW).
Knowledge of secure heavy vehicle loading practices desirable
Use of Inventory Management systems, and performing inventory-related transactions.
Following technical drawings and instructions to undertake assembly tasks.
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
