Duties
* Engaging with key stakeholders across the business, provide technology and business leadership to a growing team and assist in the delivery of innovative solutions and the selection and implementation of a current decision support system.
* Undertaking a strategic review of business requirements and current technology systems to ensure that current and future operations are adequately supported.
* Assist the rest of the business to achieve its vision of strategic growth.
* Provide secure, accurate, and responsive business solutions to stakeholders across the organization and implement Business Intelligence systems to facilitate operations and planning.
* Provide guidance and support to team members.
* Oversee day-to-day and security ICT systems and operations.
* Direct ICT operations to ensure smooth running.
* Develop and implement ICT policies and procedures.
* Plan and forecast equipment purchases and software development in relation to projected user requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience required.
Compensation
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year plus superannuation.
