About the RoleAs Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a central role in leading Community Care Chemist's flagship store-embedded in a not-for-profit organisation genuinely committed to improving community health. You will oversee daily operations, clinical standards, team leadership and service delivery, ensuring the pharmacy continues to deliver exceptional care to its 30,000+ members. Supported by strong systems, a stable team and a deeply engaged customer base, you'll uplift performance, strengthen partnerships with local health providers and champion the organisation's mission to reinvest back into the community.
