This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your leadership will directly influence overall performance and team culture during an exciting period of transformation.What You'll DoSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies across corporate, leisure, and Meeting and Event segments | Solicit and convert key accounts to achieve revenue targets | Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals | Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and planners | Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and events | Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and FAM tripsMarketing, Digital & CommunicationDevelop and implement marketing and PR plans aligned with Accor standards | Manage digital presence, social media, and online campaigns | Coordinate promotional content and ensure brand consistency | Build partnerships with local businesses, tourism bodies, and media | Drive revenue-generating campaigns and initiativesRevenue & PerformanceCollaborate with Revenue Manager on pricing, channel strategy, and positioning | Monitor competitor activity and market trends | Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and business planningQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum 3 years in hotel sales, though we welcome ambitious professionals ready for their first leadership opportunity, we are here to support your growth
