About the Role

The UTE Program Coordinator leads TUSA's
Unique Tassie Experiences
program, delivering engaging cultural and nature-based experiences that help students build community and feel connected to Tasmania. You'll coordinate events, manage logistics and partnerships, support staff and volunteers, and help grow one of TUSA's most impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, deliver, and evaluate UTE events and experiences.
* Coordinate logistics, risk management, staffing, and budgets.
* Build and manage partnerships with tourism operators and community organisations.
* Collaborate with TUSA Marketing to promote opportunities and boost student engagement.
* Support, guide, and mentor casual staff, guides, and volunteers.
* Contribute to new program initiatives for online and regional learners.

Essential Criteria

* Experience in program coordination, events, or customer experience.
* Strong project management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
* Ability to build effective partnerships and work with diverse stakeholders.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
* Diploma-level qualification or equivalent experience.
