Senior Director of Client Relations (Remote)

The Role
As Senior Director of Client Relations, your focus will be building thoughtful, strategic conversations with professionals exploring our programs. The role is centered on guiding qualified individuals through a clear, structured process—helping them make confident decisions that align with their goals.
Responsibilities Include
- Engaging with prospective clients through social and skilled platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, etc.)
- Leading advisory-style conversations that uncover motivations and explore program fit
- Managing your outreach, scheduling, and follow-up using digital tools (CRM, Zoom, email)
- Collaborating with an international team of peers in weekly strategy and development sessions
- Tracking progress, refining approaches, and contributing to a high-integrity culture of growth
What You Bring
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in client relations, business development, consulting, or similar roles
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster trust in conversation
- A strategic mindset balanced by genuine care and curiosity about others’ goals
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with strong personal organization
- Enthusiasm for growth—both for yourself and those you serve
- Fluency in English and familiarity with digital outreach tools (training is available)
- Experience in digital ad campaigns (not mandatory, full training provided)
