Salary
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year plus superannuation (Depending on experience)

The Position
* Stakeholder management and client engagement
* Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
* Ensuring daily operations run seamlessly while delivering high service standards
* Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
* Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
The Person
* Demonstrated experience at management level with a background in culinary
* A diploma in hospitality or business management
* Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
* Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
* Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
