We're the Deepdale Group, home to a growing portfolio of forward-thinking Australian businesses spanning branded merchandise, manufacturing, and clean technology. We're looking for a writer and marketing coordinator to help support our content team across multiple brands and businesses, based in our Osborne Park office.
What you'll do in this role
Write product copy, case studies, web & social content, video scripts, sales materials, blog articles, and more.
Help craft and maintain a consistent brand voice across all Deepdale Group businesses and services, speaking to different audiences.
Assist with campaign planning, content calendars, and marketing rollouts.
Participate in pitching and brainstorming sessions for new and established brands.
Support social media content creation (mostly on LinkedIn).
Coordinate product launches, newsletters, and promotional activity.
Collaborate with graphic designers, sales teams, and the Deepdale Group marketing manager.
What we're looking for
Strong writing skills with a portfolio of content or marketing work.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
A confident communicator who thrives on collaboration.
Experience writing for web, socials, and print (ideally in B2B or technical industries)
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, ClickUp, Canva, or similar.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar marketing or content role (or a demonstrable ability to hit the ground running—really we just need someone who already knows how to be a content/marketing person so we can focus the training on introducing our brands and processes).
Familiarity with (and/or a strong interest in) Indigenous Australian language, culture, or slang
with a willingness to learn about and respect other cultures/traditions. One of our businesses is an Indigenous-owned design company, and we want to share and celebrate their stories with an authentic and respectful voice.
Someone who's organised, proactive, and passionate about Australian-owned and purpose-led brands.
Why you'll love working here
We recognise that creative work is real work and artists deserve to be paid for their labour (competitive industry salaries based on experience level).
We offer flexible working hours and WFH/hybrid options.
We have a 'Yes Leave' policy and additional leave options (Grandparent, Pawternity, and Birthday leave, plus 5 days Bonus Leave over Christmas)
We're a certified Great Place To Work with a supportive and collaborative culture
You'll have real opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career in a growing organisation.
You'll be part of a purpose-driven organisation with B-Corp and Supply Nation Certifications and a company-wide focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
