Level Plumbing Tamworth is a leading plumbing company specialising in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing services. We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team.
The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and resources required for plumbing projects. This includes interpreting project plans and specifications, conducting take-offs, obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing detailed cost estimates.
Responsibilities
Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of work and project requirementsConduct material take-offs and accurately estimate the quantities of plumbing materials requiredObtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and servicesAnalyze and evaluate quotes to ensure accuracy and competitivenessPrepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costsCoordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project deliveryTrack project costs and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Plumbing EstimatorStrong knowledge of plumbing systems and materialsAbility to read and interpret project plans and specificationsProficiency in using estimating software and toolsExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
