Responsibilities
1. Provide effective leadership and direction to the Remanufacturing operational team
2. Ensure Reman Standards and relevant ISO Standards are met
3. Complete QA documentation and NDT requirements
4. Manage team’s work- flow
5. Manage budgets and forecasts for the group with a focus on Actual vs Standard hours for each team
6. Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure demands are met
7. Ensure cost efficient management of allocated resources, equipment and facilities
8. Supervise and train new and existing group members
9. Manage the allocation of time for the teams to complete TELL training
10. Assist in Workers Compensation claims management and rehabilitation
11. Provide reports on all activities of the group’s operations
Skills and qualifications
12. Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) essential
13. Demonstrated <5 years industry experience
14. Proven leadership experience with large groups / teams
15. Certificate IV Leadership & Management desirable
16. Certificate IV Project Management desirable
17. MS Project experience highly desirable
18. Large excavator / haul truck and mining equipment experience is well regarded
19. High level organisational skills and attention to detail
20. Ability to work autonomously, to collaborate and support wider team
