Our 2000 local experts, backed by our global experience and network of partners, are working to solve the world’s toughest challenges in government, intelligence, defence, aviation, border protection, and health markets.Your New Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the primary contact for customer inquiries and technical issues related to corporate IT systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving problems, supporting Windows environments, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications.We can train the technical aspects of this role, but if you're eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and a collaborative team player, we're committed to investing our time to help advance or launch your career.This position is open only to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander applicants. The filling of this position is intended to constitute an equal opportunity measure under section 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth).Provide first-line IT support to end-users in the Asia Pacific region.Log and manage user incidents, service, and access requests.Account Maintenance (Password resets, account unlocks, etc.)Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunication issues.Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain user communication.Maintain documentation, and research issues and troubleshooting.Experience in a customer-centric role.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, InTune, and all Windows operating systems.Awareness of ITIL best practice methodology.Willing to work onsite 5 days a week in the Canberra office, including phone calls and onsite assistance.Previous service desk experience (desirable).IT Degree or Certification/working towards (desirable).What You’ll Bring to Make An ImpactDon’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to apply.
