As Chef at the Hotel, you will take ownership of the kitchen and play a key role in the continued growth of our food offering. You'll deliver high-quality pub classics while bringing creativity and flair through changing specials and menu enhancements.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading day-to-day kitchen operations with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency
* Producing premium pub-style meals using fresh, seasonal produce
* Creating weekly or seasonal specials to complement the core menu
* Maintaining high standards of food presentation, flavour, and service
* Monitoring food costs to maintain profitability
* Managing ordering, stock control, food costs, and supplier relationships
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-structured kitchen
* Working closely with ownership and management to support business growth and guest satisfaction
