We're looking for a driven Training Advisor to join our high-performing Health & Safety team. This is your opportunity to make a real impact—delivering training that builds capability, drives compliance, and strengthens our safety culture.
About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training and assessment activities across our operations. You'll work closely with site teams to ensure all workers are competent, confident, and compliant with safety standards and mining regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver inductions, on-the-job training, and competency assessments.
* Maintain accurate training records using a robust learning management system.
* Ensure training activities meet regulatory and company standards.
* Support the implementation of our Annual WHS Strategic Plan.
* Conduct internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Assist in developing site-specific procedures and training plans.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in the gold mining industry (ideally in a training capacity).
* A strong understanding of WA mining operations and safety regulations.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
2. A current WA Class
