Overview
The Company Our client is a recently established food manufacturer with a flagship project to develop a greenfield manufacturing facility in Pakenham. Production is scheduled to commence mid 2026. Their focus is on quality, localisation, and healthier formulations, aligning with growing consumer demand for trusted, locally made products.
Responsibilities
* Create and coordinate content across social platforms, web, email, and campaigns
* Produce on-brand, professional-level content for product launches and brand storytelling
* Coordinate product and behind-the-scenes photoshoots and video shoots
* Manage the content calendar and support marketing campaigns
* Write and edit copy for website, social, packaging
* Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
* Collaborate with internal teams to turn product and operational insights into content
* Track content performance and support basic reporting
* Stay up to date with food and content trends
About you
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
* Experience in similar role for a reputable firm
* Food manufacturing industry experience highly regarded
* Passionate about building a strong online presence through engaging, on-trend content, with demonstrated experience
* Highly tuned into social, digital, and food trends
* Confident creating professional-level content for multiple platforms with attention to brand voice and visuals
* Creative, proactive, and full of ideas
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing brand environment
* Collaborative and organised, with the ability to manage multiple content projects
