An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and positive fulltime Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join our expanding team.
You will be our first point of contact for our clients as well as providing valuable adminisitrative support to our team of solicitors and paralegals.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- General reception duties, answering phones, greeting clients;
- Managing reception, conference, meeting and staff rooms, incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Diary management;
- General office administrative tasks as required;
- Opening, scanning and archiving files.
**Skills and experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- The ability to work as a productive and contributing team member;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Honesty and enthusiasm a must;
- Professional presentation;
- Exceptional customer service;
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Previous legal experience is an advantage.
