Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis activities, including workshop facilitation, to drive the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that bring meaningful change.
* Communicate effectively with technical experts to understand business needs, technical constraints, and concepts, and present them in simple terms.
* Manage multiple business stakeholders and build strong relationships with them.
* Deliver new services on cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure) while working with government agencies or providing services to them.
* Liaise with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged through both verbal and written communication.
* Collaborate with team members across multiple projects and business areas to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business analysis activities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in agile and waterfall processes.
* Experience working in government or providing services to government agencies is highly desirable.
This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
