The Senior Developer – Data designs, builds, and supports solutions that transform the museum's data and digital assets into usable products and services. The role works across application development, integrations, and data pipelines to ensure metadata, SQL datasets, and digital assets flow reliably into the museum's digital platforms, DataHub, and analytical products. This position translates raw data into real-world outcomes through APIs, microservices, automations, and lightweight user interfaces that enable staff and visitors to make better use of museum data. The Senior Developer provides specialist technical capability across digital asset management, metadata modelling, SQL development, and cloud-based service integration, supporting the delivery of the DataHub, DAMS workflows, and digital experience platforms.
