What's Expected from You
• Perform high-standard residential cleans (General, Deep, and Bond Cleans).
• Follow Maid Spotless checklists and client expectations.
• Punctual, work efficiently, and deliver quality results consistently.
• Communicate professionally with our team and clients.
• Maintain professionalism and care in every home you enter.
To Be Successful in This Role
• ABN – must operate as an independent subcontractor.
• Public Liability Insurance (already held or willingness to obtain).
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Own cleaning products, vacuum, and mop.
• Reliable transport and a current driver's license.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong sense of pride, reliability, and professionalism in your work.
• Previous experience in residential cleaning, with a strong eye for detail and quality results.
• Must have the right to work in Australia.
