Our core values, mission, and sense of community are at the centre of everything that we do – combined with a dedication to natural health.Job DescriptionThe role provides high-quality academic support to vocational education students, supporting the continuing growth of the organisation and our expansion of our VET qualifications.
Working at 0.6 FTE, the successful candidate will respond to student enquiries, deliver individualised study support, and develop effective learning strategies for students with diverse needs.The position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of assessment through timely, standards-based marking and active participation in validation and continuous improvement activities.The role will primarily support students and assessment activities within the Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, and Certificate III in Fitness, with the opportunity to contribute to additional qualifications.QualificationsQualificationsMinimum education level of a Diploma of Remedial Massage or a related field (e.g. Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, other comparable manual therapies qualification etc).
Minimum education level of Certificate IV in Fitness or a related field (e.g. Diploma of Sports and Recreation, Advanced Diploma in Sports/Exercise Science, Bachelor of Exercise Physiology, or other comparable fitness qualification etc.)Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment – Endeavour will cover cost of course)Skills and Experience2 years full time (or equivalent) industry experience (voluntary or paid) in a relevant field.Well-developed communication, writing and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsGood level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.Highly DesirableQualifications and/or experience in related fields including Allied Health Assistance, Nutrition/Dietetics, or Coaching are also desirable.Additional InformationPlease note that the 0.6 FTE can be worked across any days (M-F) and we're open to start/finish times.Questions about your identity help us appreciate the diversity of individuals looking to work with us, ensuringwe'reattracting applications from people with identities and perspectives that are as diverse as our students.We are an equal opportunity employer.
