We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Attendants to join our Front of House team in a busy Bistro and Cafe environment.
Job Description
Bistro Attendants & Cafe Attendants will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently as part of a team and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience
* Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a smooth and efficient service
* Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients and allergens
* Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
* Perform opening and closing duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Hospitality experience, preferably in a Bistro or Cafe environment
* A great customer service attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
* Friendly and approachable manner, with good communication skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts on a casual basis, including nights, weekends and public holidays
* Availability to work at short notice when needed
* A valid Working With Children (WWCC) check is not required but preferred
Benefits
You will be compensated in-line with the Registered Club Award Casual Rates with Hourly Pay from $31.09/hr* + Penalty Rates (*Subject to Award & Employment Classification and Dependent Upon Experience Level).
