You’ll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align IT and digital strategies with the organisation’s overall objectives, while overseeing the daily operations of the IT function across the business.As a key leader, you’ll be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous improvement within the small ICT team (2-3 staff). You’ll play a pivotal role in managing strategic IT projects, optimising IT infrastructure, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.
