**Job Description** About the Opportunity**
As the National Field Manager, you will be responsible for building strong foundations with key stakeholders to foster a win-win outcome. While leading a field team you will drive Best in Class Planning and Execution of the client program, superior client service, on-going evolution of processes, capability and efficiencies in line with client and retail requirements.
**You will manage key client relationships, operations and the field team for a leading FMCG brand within Independent Grocery. Responsible for delivering program objectives, staff management, data analysis, reporting program performance and making strategic recommendations and program enhancements to CA and the client.**
As the strategic lead you will provide direction to the field team, making informed decisions that will develop and improve retail activations. This expertise will be drawn from an extensive knowledge of the FMCG and Independent Grocery market and client service management.
This role suits someone you can juggle conflicting priorities and meet client deadlines while leading the team with a tenacious and adaptable attitude to anticipate both our business and the client's needs.
