These casual positions will be at our newly refurbished Aqua Energy Leisure Centre in Sale opening later in the year. You will also be available to work at our indoor and outdoor pool facilities in Sale, Heyfield, Maffra, Rosedale, Stratford, and Yarram.You will be part of a supportive team that helps create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our pools. Whether you are monitoring the water, assisting visitors, or ensuring everything runs smoothly, you will play an important role in the daily operations of our community facilities.We are looking for individuals who:Have strong communication and customer service skillsWork effectively as part of a teamCan engage confidently with people of all ages and backgroundsRemain calm under pressure and are focused on safetyTake pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environmentIf you are seeking a role that offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to contribute to your local community, we would like to hear from you.Work hours may include early mornings, evenings, after school, and weekends.To be rostered for shifts, you will need to obtain and maintain the following:Pool Lifeguard CertificateLevel 2 First AidCardiopulmonary Resuscitation CertificateWorking with Children Check (if you are 18 years of age or older)(If you do not currently hold all of the required qualifications, you may still apply.
