Role: Feedlot Sales Manager
Location: Kingsthorpe
Salary: $135k - $145k (including superannuation)

About the role
As the Feedlot Sales Manager you will develop and maintain profits by promoting, developing and maintaining profitable sales of supplements to feedlots clients through servicing their requirements in line with the business's strategic direction.
What You'll Do:
* Ensure Quality and Workplace Health and Safety Procedures are observed and maintained by assessing requirements, considering good work practice; obtaining advice when appropriate, and within Company policy and guidelines.
* Plan and organise daily, weekly & monthly work schedules to call on existing lot feeding clients, advising clients on the use of supplements; exceeding their expectations with all interactions with Performance Feeds.
* Assess production and feeding issues, liaising with specialist nutrition consultants; passing on advice on nutrition; recommending feed supplements in line with company policy.
* Investigate and reporting problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations when appropriate.
* Analyse existing and potential volume of clients; forming action plans based on evaluations; reviewing sales and margins compared to budgets, working closely with Performance Feeds staff to maximise effectiveness of services.
About your experience

* Excellent selling and relationship management skills
* Knowledge of livestock nutrition
* Knowledge of pasture grasses
* Understanding of cattle markets
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
