Homecare Business Development Manager – Make an Impact in Community Care
Location: South-East Queensland - Hybrid Arrangement

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets
- Establish referral partnerships and expand the client base across targeted regions
- Identify and convert quality leads through strategic networking and relationship-building
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay ahead of aged care sector trends, policy updates, and industry changes
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on performance to leadership
What You Bring
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in home care, health or aged care
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with a passion for customer engagement
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and service agreements in community care
- High-level organisational and planning capability with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in CRM tools and reporting systems
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Health, or related field (essential)
- Current police check and driver’s license
